Phillips Mural Suites
Our two-room suites located on the upper floors from sixth floor to ninth floor offers 515 square feet with a foyer and views from each room of Phillips Avenue and the downtown area. The bedroom area has a king-sized bed with built-in reading lamps in the plush headboard along with a 43 inch Smart TV and additional seating for viewing. Decorative hooks on the wall in the bedroom serve as the closet. The living room area showcases different murals of downtown Sioux Falls historical photographs from the early 1900's and includes a generous sofa group with side tables and a coffee table.
